Genocide in Gaza: A Scholarly Indictment of Zionist Sadism, Global Hypocrisy, and the Manufactured Myth of Israeli Self-Defense

The world must come to grips with the stark, undeniable reality that what is happening in Gaza is not a war. It is not a response. It is not defense. It is genocide.
Let us dispense with the childish mythology that Israel is simply “defending itself” after October 7, 2023. That narrative, parroted by every obedient Western regime and regurgitated by U.S. State Department stenographers, is not only factually misleading—it is a deliberate inversion of history and morality. The atrocities committed against Palestinians in Gaza predate October 7 by over 75 years, and the entire Zionist project is rooted in settler colonialism, ethnic cleansing, apartheid, and expansionist fantasies of a “Greater Israel.”
The Legal Definition: Genocide by the Book
According to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (1948), Article II defines genocide as:
“Any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group…”
Killing members of the group;
Causing serious bodily or mental harm;
Deliberately inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction;
Imposing measures intended to prevent births;
Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
Now consider the facts in Gaza:
Over 35,000 civilians killed (as of May 2025), according to UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
Entire hospitals bombed. Water, food, and electricity blockaded. Medical aid denied.
Children buried alive under rubble. UN schools targeted. Journalists murdered.
Intentional starvation as a tactic—explicitly called for by Israeli officials.
Systematic targeting of families, lineages, and cultural heritage.
This is genocide. Not metaphorically. Literally. And it’s being livestreamed.
Israel’s Defense is a Lie
The claim of “self-defense” is a lie of Orwellian proportions. Israel is not the victim. It is the occupying power, violating international law on multiple fronts:
UN Resolution 242 (1967) demanded Israeli withdrawal from occupied territories.
Fourth Geneva Convention (1949) prohibits collective punishment and targeting civilians in occupied territories.
International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruled in 2004 that Israel’s wall and settlement project are illegal.
Yet, the Zionist regime—backed by billions in U.S. tax dollars and lobbied by organizations like AIPAC—acts with impunity, cloaking massacre as morality.
The Greater Israel Project: Blood for Land
This is not about Hamas. This is not about October 7. This is about land. It always has been.
The so-called Greater Israel Project, outlined in the Oded Yinon Plan (1982), imagines Israeli dominance “from the Nile to the Euphrates.” Gaza, the West Bank, South Lebanon, and parts of Syria are all viewed as future territory. This expansionist theology is not fringe—it is mainstream among Likudniks, settlers, and the ultra-Orthodox.
And let’s not pretend that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is some holy Davidic warrior. His real name? Benjamin Mileikowsky—son of Benzion Mileikowsky, a Polish Zionist activist who changed the family name to sound more “biblical.” They are not indigenous. They are not Semitic. They are Eastern European colonizers with an apocalyptic messiah complex and American firepower.
The Mossad, Epstein, and Western Rot
You want to see how far this sickness spreads?
Jeffrey Epstein, Mossad-linked sex trafficker and kompromat specialist, operated with impunity, blackmailing politicians, royalty, scientists, and media figures. His closest allies? Alan Dershowitz, Ehud Barak, Bill Gates, and others—all linked to intelligence operations, including Mossad and CIA cross-collaboration.
It’s not a conspiracy theory—it’s a transnational blackmail machine. And its epicenter? Tel Aviv.
Mossad’s motto? “By way of deception, thou shalt wage war.” That’s not a rogue agency. That’s Israeli statecraft. And their deception is killing children in Gaza.
Religious Sadism and Zionist Theocracy
What kind of moral framework builds a wall to “pray into” while bombing hospitals across the border?
The Shekinah—the divine feminine presence in mystical Judaism—has been sexualized and ritualized in bizarre Kabbalistic traditions. Some fringe sects even simulate sexual intercourse with the wall in ecstatic religious madness. This isn’t just politics. It’s religious sadism masquerading as piety. And it’s killing people.
Religious settlers believe God wants them to cleanse the land. They refer to Palestinians as “Amalek”, the biblical enemy whom Yahweh commanded be exterminated “man, woman, child, and infant” (1 Samuel 15:3). You want the root of the violence? It’s not Hamas—it’s the fucking Bible.
Indigenous Palestinians: A People Betrayed
Palestinians are not invaders. They are the indigenous people of the land, with cultural, genetic, and archaeological ties going back thousands of years.
In contrast, 90% of Israeli Jews today are Ashkenazi, with roots in Eastern Europe. As historian Shlomo Sand demonstrates in The Invention of the Jewish People (2009), the “return to Zion” is a nationalist myth—not a historical migration. It’s colonial fiction, sustained by American evangelicals and Zionist lobbyists.
Global Resistance: Houthis, Russia, and Rising Backlash
The Houthis in Yemen—among the poorest people in the world—have done more to resist genocide than the entire European Union. They’ve blockaded Israeli shipping routes in solidarity.
Russia has aligned diplomatically with Palestinian leadership, and Putin recently vowed to stop the massacre. The BRICS nations are beginning to pivot away from U.S.-Israeli hegemony.
Even Jewish voices of conscience—Jewish Voice for Peace, Breaking the Silence, B’Tselem—have condemned Israeli war crimes. The tide is turning.
This Must End
What is happening in Gaza is a genocide, not a tragedy. It is a policy, not an accident. And it must be stopped—not with hashtags, but with sanctions, boycotts, prosecution of war criminals, and the defunding of the apartheid regime.
The world has stood by too long.
Charge Netanyahu and Gallant at The Hague.
Dismantle AIPAC’s political stranglehold.
End U.S. military aid to Israel.
Recognize Palestine.
Criminalize the occupation.
This is not about religion. It’s not about anti-Semitism. It’s about stopping mass murder. No child should die because of someone’s delusional god-complex or real estate hallucination.
Stand Up. Now.
We are 8 billion people on this planet. The Israeli regime is a few million ideologues and soldiers, protected by corrupt billionaires and complicit media. But they are outnumbered.
Fair is fair.
And justice is coming.
